Purpose of the portal

This portal is the private information and service platform of the owners’ community. It is only for owners, residents and other people the community has given access to. It is not a commercial service and offers nothing for sale.

Conditions of use

Everyone who uses the portal must keep their login details secret and use the portal only for community matters. The community may suspend an account that is misused. Messages and content that people add must respect the law and the rights of others.

Content and copyright

Texts, photographs, documents and the logo in the portal belong to the community or are used with permission. They may only be used for community matters and may not be published elsewhere without permission.

Liability

The community takes care that the information is correct and up to date, but it cannot guarantee that the portal is always available or free of errors. Official decisions are those taken by the competent bodies of the community, not the texts in the portal alone.
