Enter the community code and your details. Owners get the code from the board; tenants from whoever rents out the apartment.

Tip: choose your language first with the language button at the top of the page. Your account and the emails you receive will use it.

You log in with your email address. We send a confirmation link to it; open it before you use the portal.

Apartment

Building, floor and letter, for example 4-1-A.

The first person registered for an apartment becomes its owner, the next ones tenants. Tenants get access for 30 days from the day they create their account; after that the account is deleted automatically.

I do not live in the community For example the property manager, a contractor or an auditor. Leave the apartment empty; the administration gives you access.

New password

Use at least 12 characters. A few unrelated words make a strong and memorable password. Passwords known from data leaks are not accepted.

The community may send me information by email For example news and invitations from the board. You can change this at any time under My account, or with the link in each letter.
